These terms exist to protect both you and us. We've kept them as readable as possible — no walls of legalese.

1. What BeatsVine is

BeatsVine is a music link aggregation platform. You create landing pages that consolidate streaming links for your music across all platforms — Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and more — into one shareable link.

We offer both a free tier and a paid Pro subscription with enhanced features.

2. Your account

To claim and manage landing pages, you need an account. Here's your side of the deal:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
  • Don't share your account with others.

3. Pro subscription & payments

  • Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. We never see your card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — just contact us.
  • If we change pricing, you'll get at least 30 days notice.

4. Affiliate links — how we keep the lights on

BeatsVine may add affiliate identifiers to outbound links on free-tier pages. This is how we fund the platform without charging everyone. Here's what you should know:

  • Free accounts: Links may include BeatsVine affiliate tags.
  • Pro accounts: You can use your own affiliate identifiers where supported. If your subscription expires, BeatsVine tags may be reinstated after a grace period.
  • Affiliate tags never change the destination, availability, or pricing of linked content. They're invisible to the person clicking.

5. Your content

You own your content. Always.

By using BeatsVine, you give us a non-exclusive licence to display your content as part of the service. If you delete your account, your content goes with it.

  • You must have the rights to any content you upload.
  • Don't upload anything infringing, illegal, or harmful.
  • We may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Things you agree not to do

  • Use the service for anything unlawful.
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Use the service to distribute spam or malware.

7. Our intellectual property

The BeatsVine platform — its design, code, and features — is owned by Raging Orangutan Holdings and protected by copyright and trademark law. Your content remains yours.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeatsVine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. We do our best, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you can close your account at any time.
